My theroy I came up with in Dec. 2006 , after surviving a tornado in Ala. in 1998. Objective is to prevent a tornado from actually touching the ground with 2 Airborne MASER's positioned on each side of funnel cloud and Computational Fluid Dynamic weather patterns.
